Location & Parking
St. John's is located at 5 Clifford Street, on the corner of Clifford and Archdale Streets in downtown Charleston.
The main parking lot is located on Clifford Street and spaces facing wall on King Street side may be used for church business during the week. Metered street parking is free on Sundays. You may also park in the red brick parking lot at 11 Fulton Street from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sundays with the green St. John's card in your window. You may park in the Sak's Fifth Avenue garage, entering via the Market Street gate, but must present your church bulletin upon exit.
Church History
St. John's has a history that spans 250 years. The first church sanctuary was located on the present site and was dedicated on June 24, 1764.
